Keep your membership card with you at all times to easily present it at participating providers. You must present your membership card at the time of service to receive a discount.

Use the PROVIDER SEARCH tool to quickly and easily locate and verify participating providers in your area.

You are responsible for paying the provider the entire discounted fee at the time the service is provided.

Can I add anyone to my plan?
A family plan can include any of your immediate family members.

Is this insurance?
No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of dental services and products. You pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

Are there forms to fill out?
No, there are no forms to file. Just show your membership card at your appointment to receive discounts on care.

Where can I use the plan?

How will my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will have a charge from "Careington International" for the purchase amount of your plan.

When will I get my membership cards?
Once you are registered, we will mail out your complete membership kit, which includes membership cards. Your membership kit should arrive in 7-10 business days.

How can I get additional membership cards?
If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (877) 677-8893. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.
